Alayna was born and raised in good ol', always-sunny Southern California, a place that she is proud to call home, even if it is full of a bunch of crazy people. She can speak one language fluently (English) and can dabble in another (French) is learning a new language (Latin) and can count to ten in five languages (English, French, Spanish, Japanese, and Pig Latin.) She can play an equal amount of instruments as well: voice, alto saxophone, flute, keyboard/piano, and ukulele. She enjoys writing many things, including stories and music, and would like to be a video game music composer one day. But she also thinks it would be cool to be a story/script writer and character designer, too.

The username "sonicherosfan" has a story behind it. Although Alayna did indeed grow up with Sonic the Hedgehog and will always take his side no matter how many people claim a fat, double-chinned plumber is better than him (it's not true) the username is not currently used for that exact reason. In actuality, Alayna is just not creative when it comes to making up new usernames, so she just uses the same username she uses when she signed up on Neopets (which she gave up a long time ago) so many years ago.

Alayna's hobbies include story writing, music composition, singing, playing the alto saxophone, thrift shopping, drawing, playing video games, watching Yu-Gi-Oh (abridged and full-length, including 5D's) and playing Magic the Gathering and War Machine (that's a table top game.) She likes to code websites, too, but it is oh-so-much hard work to constantly update and maintain a website, but she's made a resolution to change that (as she has just done currently.) Alayna also enjoys acting and doing tech work, and has been assistant stage manager for one production so far. She also LOVES LOVES LOVES comedy improvisation so much that it is not even funny. She is (and has always been and always will be) a Kirby fighter in the Super Smash Bros. series, but she could still kick your butt as either Falco, Fox, Pit, Luigi, Ness, or Pikachu if she so chooses. Her favorite Pokemon are Feraligatr, Totodile, and Pikachu (it's a really big tie between those three.) Her Warmachine nation of choice is Khador and her land type of choice for Magic the Gathering is forest ("Craw Wurm, bitch.")

When Alayna is not busy doing the above or procrastinating on her homework by writing a bio about herself in third person (like she is now) she enjoys taking long walks where the scenery is nice and the color blue. She loves anything that can make her laugh (and that is usually everything) and really, really, really loves Pumpkin Pie, so much that she capitalizes the name of the tantalizing treat. Oh, and she can beat your sorry ass in a game of Crazy Eights.
